| Gr8 Athletes is a sport specific training service that trains each athlete for his/her individual needs in a one-on-one or small group setting. Whether correcting muscle imbalances, improving core strength, increasing explosive power, or increasing speed and agility, each program is designed specifically for the individual athlete to assist him/her in reaching his/her athletic potential. I train athletes at all levels of the game. There are two unique qualities of GR8 Athletes Training Services:
2. I bring the training to you
b. At a local park is a little faster, more agile, and better prepared both physically and mentally to compete is the athlete who usually comes out on top. The key component is to be prepared and have the ability to adjust to any athletic situation during competition. After all, success does not just happen; it is the result of an honest commitment to EXCELLENCE. I assist athletes in gaining that edge with personalized professional sports training programs scientifically developed to improve overall athletic performance and self esteem. Are you willing to work hard to maximize your potential? Would you dare to become the best athlete you can be? I will help you get there. |
| I do not condone or encourage the use of performance enhancing supplements or any other ergogenic aids that claim to produce immediate results. The only way to train is by working hard and pushing yourself to get better everyday the natural way. |
For the high school athlete there is the added benefit of assistance in securing an athletic scholarship to a university or college. The NCAA has instituted new rules that limit the contact a coach can have with an athlete. As a professional evaluator I have access to both parties and act as the liaison in the recruiting process. The “blue chip” athlete is the only athlete who has the inside track to a guaranteed college scholarship; all other athletes are taking a chance that someone will notice their talents and their ability to play at the next level. As stated by Darrell Green during his induction speech into the National Football League Hall of Fame: “No matter how talented you are or how hard you work, if nobody is willing to give you the opportunity, it doesn’t mean a thing.” Darrell Green, 2008 HOF I take the guess work out of the process by literally placing your information on the coach’s desk and providing you with that “opportunity” to be noticed. Past and present clients include Abbe Dorn (Contestant/American Gladiator), Steven Reinprecht (Phoenix Coyotes-Hockey), Billy Farris (Colorado State University-Football), Brianna Zimlich (Poudre High School-Volleyball), Ashly Lester (Rocky Mountain High School-Track and Field), Kara Spotton (Rocky Mountain High School-Basketball) and Braden Nelson (Rocky Mountain High School-Football). |
